Every Friday, a mix of games and traditional training that builds the athleticism your child's sport demands.

Strength, Power & Speed Training

Building the physical qualities that make a difference on the pitch — stronger, faster and more explosive every week.

Injury Prevention Training

Targeted work that strengthens the joints and tissues their sport punishes most, keeping them training and competing.

Run, Jump & Throwing Technique

Coaching the fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing so they move better and get more out of every session.

Learn How To Weightlift Independently

Teaching the older children to lift properly and safely, so they can train with confidence on their own.
